Raising a return

Contact Maharashtra Beauty Centre within 10 days of delivery. Notifying us within that window is what counts; the item does not have to be back with us by then.

Hygiene comes first here

This is a beauty catalogue, so the rule is stricter than in most shops and we would rather state it plainly than hide it:

• Can be returned: unopened and unused items with seals and shrink-wrap intact.
• Cannot be returned once used: makeup brushes, hair brushes and combs, clips, pins, bands and headbands, and any styling tool that has been powered on and used on hair.

This is a hygiene and resale limitation, not a way of avoiding returns – anything that touches skin or hair cannot be sold again.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended, particularly for electrical styling tools. We review what you send and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable. A missing piece from a multi-piece brush set is treated as an incomplete order rather than a return.

Electrical items that do not work

Tell us within 48 hours if a dryer or styler is dead out of the box. Where a manufacturer warranty is stated on the product page, it applies on its own terms; we do not add a warranty of our own, but we will help you raise a claim and we will handle a dead-on-arrival unit as a damaged delivery.

Return shipping

• Change of mind: paid by the customer.
• Damaged, wrong or incomplete, confirmed as our error: covered or reimbursed by us.

Refunds

Processed within 5 business days of the returned item reaching us and being checked, to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by transfer using bank or UPI details you provide; your bank adds its own processing time.

If one order is paid twice, the duplicate is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction, separately from any return.

No restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
