How quickly will my order reach me?

What does delivery cost?

Free on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 below that.

Which payment methods do you take?

UPI and cash on delivery only. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Can you provide a GST tax invoice?

No. We are not registered for GST – this shop currently operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. An order invoice is included with the parcel. The price shown on a product page is the price of the product; any applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.

Can I return a brush or a hair clip if I have used it?

No. Anything that touches skin or hair cannot be resold, so used brushes, combs, clips, pins and bands cannot be returned. Unopened items with seals intact can be returned within 10 days.

Will these tools work on Indian mains?

Check the voltage marked on the unit before use – the range includes both dual-voltage and single-voltage items, and the listing states which where we know it. A travel adapter is not included unless the listing says so.

Are the speed and runtime figures accurate?

They are the manufacturer’s figures, measured under their test conditions. We quote them as supplied and do not verify them ourselves.

Is the red light device a medical treatment?

No. It is a cosmetic appliance for personal grooming use. Nothing sold here is a medical device or a treatment for any condition, and we make no therapeutic claim.

Can I choose specific colours from an assorted pack?

No. Assorted packs are supplied as a mix and individual shades or designs cannot be reserved.

What if my styling tool arrives dead?

Contact us within 48 hours with photographs and, ideally, an unboxing video. We treat a dead-on-arrival unit as a damaged delivery.

When will I get a refund?

Within 5 business days of the return reaching us. A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.

Can I visit your counter?

No. We are an online-only retailer with no customer-facing showroom. The address shown is our business and order fulfilment address.
