Application
These terms apply to purchases made from Maharashtra Beauty Centre through this website.
The seller
An online retailer of hair styling tools, brushes and hair accessories, operating from Shop No. 3, Ved Pathak House, Station Road, Chendani Naka, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. Online only – no customer-facing showroom.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, confirmed by email once payment is received or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. If an item is unavailable after that, we tell you and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees; delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed; payment is UPI or cash on delivery only.
This shop is not registered for GST and operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply to it. GST is not charged separately on an order and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The invoice packed with the goods is an order invoice only.
Product claims
Performance figures for electrical styling tools – speeds, runtimes, ion counts, heat settings – are the manufacturer’s own figures, quoted as supplied to us and measured under their test conditions. We do not independently verify them and we do not add claims of our own.
Not medical or therapeutic
Nothing sold here is a medical device or a treatment for any medical or skin condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. If you have a skin or scalp condition, are pregnant, or take photosensitising medication, speak to a qualified doctor before using any light-emitting or heat-based device.
Electrical safety
Check the voltage and plug type marked on any electrical item against your mains supply before use, and follow the instructions supplied with it. Where an item is described as dual voltage, a travel adapter is not included unless the listing says so.
Warranty
We do not add a warranty of our own. Any warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. Damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries are covered by the Return and Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
