Dispatch
Maharashtra Beauty Centre is an online-only retailer. Orders are packed at our business and order fulfilment address, Shop No. 3, Ved Pathak House, Station Road, Chendani Naka, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India, and handed to a courier from there. Nothing is available for collection.
How long it takes
- Handling: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations
- Total: 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on business days go with the next working day’s pickup, and Sunday is not a dispatch day. These ranges reflect how our couriers usually perform; they are estimates and not guarantees.
Delivery charges
Free on orders of ₹699 and above; below that, a flat ₹49 for the order. The price shown on a product page is the price of that product, and any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.
Small items, sealed packs
Clips, pins and elastics ship in sealed polybags inside the parcel. Styling tools ship in their retail box – please check the box for crush damage while the delivery agent is still there, and photograph anything that looks wrong before opening.
Coverage
We deliver across India through national courier partners and do not ship outside India.
Tracking
A tracking number goes to your order email when the parcel is collected. If nothing has updated for three working days, send your Order ID to boutique@maharashtrabeauty.shop and we will chase the courier.
Address details
Parcels go to the address entered at checkout. An incomplete address usually results in a return to us; we will contact you to re-dispatch and the re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
