Tracking details

A tracking number is emailed to your order email address when the courier collects the parcel. It is entered on the courier’s own tracking page.

Order ID is not the tracking number

• Order ID – this shop’s reference for your order; quote it when you write to us.
• Tracking number – the courier’s reference for the parcel.

Nothing showing

Allow for dispatch first: 1–2 business days to pack and hand over, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. Scans usually start within a day of pickup. If there is no movement for three working days, send your Order ID to boutique@maharashtrabeauty.shop.

Missing email

Check the spam folder for a message from boutique@maharashtrabeauty.shop. If it is not there, write with your Order ID and the order email address and we will resend the details.

Delivery attempted

Couriers normally re-attempt. Keep the phone number given at checkout reachable, as most failed deliveries are unanswered calls. A parcel returned to us undelivered can be re-dispatched; the re-delivery charge is payable by the customer.
